House was built around the turn of the century for a summer hotel. Wasn't sure if steamers came into Creek. She describes the house. House called Little Bay View. |

9/40 | ST | Rode steamer to Baltimore to see three old maid aunts. Took the boat from White Stone. Remembers that when one of her aunts died the body was brought down on the steamer to the Irvington Wharf. Aunt was buried at White Stone Methodist Church. |
